Payment
- Full payment is required when you place your order.
- Because each artwork is custom-made, all sales are final. Once your payment is received, we’re unable to offer refunds.
Production Time
- Each portrait is painted by hand with great attention to detail.
- Depending on our current workload, it may take up to 45 days before your portrait is ready to ship.
- We are growing our team so we can shorten wait times in the future, and we truly appreciate your patience.
Shipping & Delivery
- Once your portrait is complete, we’ll notify you and ship it to your address.
- Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the delivery service.
Exchanges
- While we do not offer refunds, we want you to feel confident in your order.
- If your artwork arrives damaged, we’ll gladly replace it.
- To qualify, please send us clear photos of the damage (including the packaging) within 7 days of delivery.
- After review, we’ll arrange an exchange at no extra cost.
